Welcome to Marriages That Connect™, a program offered through Briers to Myrtles Ministries and conducted by Rommel and Kacy Anacan. By purchasing, accessing, or participating in this program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Program Overview

Marriages That Connect™ is a faith-based marriage program designed to provide guidance, insights, and encouragement to help couples strengthen their relationships. This program includes video lessons, tools, and available mentoring sessions.

2. Not a Substitute for Professional Counseling

This program is not a substitute for licensed therapy, professional counseling, legal, medical, or psychological advice. The teachings and materials are based on biblical principles and personal experiences and should not replace professional intervention for serious marital issues, abuse, addiction, or mental health concerns. If you are in crisis, seek professional help immediately.

3. Personal Responsibility & Results Disclaimer

Your participation in the program is voluntary, and you acknowledge that the success of this program depends on your individual effort, commitment, and willingness to apply the teachings. Briers to Myrtles Ministries and Rommel & Kacy Anacan do not guarantee specific results.

4. Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • All purchases of the Marriages That Connect™ program are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment must be made in full before access is granted.
  • If a payment plan is offered, you agree to complete all payments as scheduled. Failure to make payments may result in revoked access to the program.

Participants are expected to engage in the program with respect, integrity, and a willingness to grow. Any form of harassment, inappropriate behavior, or misuse of the program may result in revoked access without refund.

7. Technology & Access

  • You are responsible for maintaining the technology and internet connection needed to access the program.
  • We strive to keep the program accessible but are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

 

8. Liability Disclaimer

By enrolling in this program, you agree that Briers to Myrtles Ministries, Rommel & Kacy Anacan, and any affiliated parties are not liable for any personal, relational, financial, or emotional outcomes resulting from participation in the program. You assume full responsibility for how you apply the information provided.

9. Confidentiality & Privacy

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration before legal action.
